Shang Dang is an exclamation used when something good happens.

You're walking to class and find a five dollar bill... "Shang dang!"

a girls skirt flies up in the wind and you see some of that sweet poon tang... "shang dang!"

you somehow got an A on your Chemistry final without studying "SHANG DANG (times two)"
