It's a person who is a nimrod and a qwimp. It is used to define a man who like certain women but also tries to look cool by insulting them behind their backs. Such a person is nothing but a nimrod, i.e. they are a qwimprod.

Jarvis is literally the definition of a qwimprod as he tries to pretend he doesn't have any interest in Sarah and Christine but continues secretly have a crush on them.
