Pension Leeches 

People hired and paid by an American governmental agency (can be city, state, or federal) to do a service that directly helps people. These people are given a pension, but are mean and angry with people who call on the phone or in person. They hate the job, but love the benefits including the pension. Examples can be found all over any state.

The department of health has the most pension leeches of any agency in New Mexico USA.

A jazz, funk, rock group that use the process of improvisation, experimentation and inventiveness, The Phusion has been on a mission to play honest and meaningful music that can run the gamut of being deceptively accessible to technically eloquent. Their sound is on a constant journey where the question "why?" does not exist and the response "Why not" does. They realize that improvement is always necessary in order to go beyond mediocrity, even when revisions have already been made. The soundscape in which they frolic in, organically changes depending on the mood of the group and the influences that creep into their minds. Pension Deficit Disorder 

When people around you start to retire and you come to the awful realization that, despite a lifetime of working you have no money saved and no plan for your financial future other than work. In other words, the closest thing to retirement in your future is death.
