Meounce could mean any of the following:

Meow-pouncing in a pussyfooting fashion or pouncing around cautiously/quietly.

Meow-weight in ounces. (It could also be used to indicate human weight in meounces.)

Meowie dance. It could be used in reference to synchronous cat/kitten dance moves (like the ones demonstrated in the techno kittens video.)

For example:
She's pretty good at meouncing out of her house late at night.
or
He meounces every night to go see his girlfriend.

She's put on several meounces after the kitteh delivery!
or
She needs to lose all those extra meounces before new year's eve to get a handsome boka.
