HECsploits are mainly work of characters self-identifying as HEC (Hacker - Entrepreneur - Communicator) types. It is a feeble attempt to gain some credibility in the absence of actual competency and technical skills.
Looks like George is trumpeting about another HECsploit on social media, with absolutely nothing to show for it. He claims it's the greatest vulnerability of our times, but we all know it's all bark and no bite.
