An overweight person.
Comes from the two words; flubber and gully.
The person has outward gullies of flubber.
Gullies meaning farrows/ditches.

Fluballs

Pretty much any of the plastic balls that can be found in a ball pit at a fast food restaurant that are likely to give you a virus. Not to be confused with "Blue Balls"

All of my kids came home sick after swimming around in a pit of "Fluballs" at Chuck E. Cheese, rat pizza is the worst!
