Helpful elf who helps other people network and connect. He is probably walking around adopting artists and VTubers and spends a lot of time fixing their brainworms while not thinking about his own. He is a good friend and if you have a Fippe in your life - you are very lucky. Make sure to take care of your fippe and send him pictures of cats to recharge him.
