A stereotypical geek; i.e. one who looks like the Comic Book Guy from "The Simpsons."

Fatbeard

A fat, smelly, nerdy white guy with a beard and long hair whose into stereotypically dorky hobbies/interests such as comic books, sci-fi, anime, traditional RPGs, colectible card games, LARPing, and/or furry art.

Rarely seen in public, they only come out of their parent's basements to attend conventions of their favorite interests, such as Star Trek, Inuyasha, or furry porn. Fatbeards have the personality of a wood plank.

Fatbeards are also known as:
trekkie, otaku, Linux user, cosplayer, Wapanese, furry, LARPer, otherkin, and loser.

The Comic Book Dealer from The Simpsons embodies what a fatbeard is.

A Fatbeard is a fat male, with a beard, who has a collection of comic book's, know's way to much obscure Star Trek trivia, and probably play's M:TG and various pen-and-paper role-playing-games.

fatbear

little chubby cheeked thingy. Claims to be of black origin but is actually very white. Very calm and can handle stressful situations with ease. With awesomeness. Has no control over her facial features toungue is usually hanging out. Fatbears dont have real babies only food babies after meals. Fatbear food babies are usually gone within half an hour after eating. Everybody loves her.

Hey is that a fatbear?!
Wow look at her food baby!
Its fine shes awesome it wont be there for long.

verb: To talk pedantically and at great length about minutiae in nerd and geek culture. Especially concerning tabletop games such as Dungeons & Dragons or Warhammer Fantasy Battles. Typically used as a pejorative.

Jeff wouldn't stop fatbearding about his new strength-spec'd rogue. Dude spent an hour dissecting his feat selection!
