Central Michigan University's definition of tailgating after the new policies took effect prior to the Sept. 20 home game against Alcorn State in 2009.

These policies include the limit of six beers or one pint of liquor per 21-year-old, and a ban on external sound and speaker systems.

Any offshoot sports forum or blog that fails at its goal of being better than the original from which it was spurned. Usually denotes a spinoff site that attempts to be cozy with a corporate entity in exchange for favors rather than staying independently critical of its subject matter. Origin lies in one particular offshoot forum using tailgate in its URL that became known as the failgate.

This second meeting was particularly helpful in discussing the implications of my essay claims and how to apply the title across various areas of knowledge. There were many sections of the essay that could have been cut down in wordiness and the ways of knowing required further and more in-depth analysis.
