Wangan
1. "Bayshore" or "Bayside" in Japanese.
2. The name of the highway or route B in Tokyo, Japan used by a street racing club called MidNight Club in the 1990s as an illegal expressway racing course to use top speed challenges and street races. Located in the intersection of Route K11, K9 and K5 of the Shuto-Expressway.

The manga/anime Wangan Midnight is based on the Shuto-Expressways showing the races between Akio Asakura and Tatsuya Shima racing on the Bayshore route.
Games such as Shutokou Battle (Tokyo Xtreme Racer in the US) and Wangan Midnight including the arcade versions are also based on the Shuto-Expressway. The player can battle opponents on the Wangan in the SP battle or point to point races.

BANGA WANGA
A state of the human mind where one has intense hatred against a particular individual, group, people or race. The hate is so intense that the person becomes intensely crazy, panicked and doesn't even think before taking any action, which results in self-harming/self-destruction.

French slang, which translated, means "bull's fashion" but basically equates to "hyper trendy" or overly trendy. Used when a person wishes to express distaste at the latest fashion trend/fad, because it seems that everyone has a certain item of clothing or is wearing it. This term is most frequently heard in Paris but is slowly spreading to other parts of France.
