Wadzle 

The wadzle is a combination of used condom and tissue paper all conviniently rolled up in a ball.

Usually, wadzles are the creation of very lonely men who feel the need to masturbate frequently and furiously into a condom leading to condom breakage and leakage of the wad which will then lead to the need of a tissue to clean up the dirty mess.

Wadzles, when thrown, are nine times as likely to miss a garbage can then a rolled up piece of paper due to liquid drag and lack of aerodynmics
