Swingwing

A 1940's toy that consisted of a pole attached to a helmet that you swing around on your head.

This is possible standing, sitting, upside down or even on a boat.

A "Swingwing" must always be the answer to the question "It's a WHAT!"

Person 1: "It's a WHAT!"
Person 2 (sings): "A SWINGWING!"
