Similar to "Sted" (steroid head), however isn't an insult which "sted" is mainly used as, more so an abbreviation of the word "steroids".

A contraction of steroid head, if you describe someone as a "sted" it means they are very strong, not on steroids (necessarily). Often used sarcastically. Generally used in the UK.

1-Go on sted, lift this weight!

2-Ok! *falls over and breaks leg*

1-You're really strong.
