Term used to define someone who spouts misinformed excrement and takes full advantage of the principles of FUD.

"He says you can't get over the very sturdy bridge because he thinks he once heard someone say their uncle said that this guy he knew jumped off their and hurt themselves once. Maybe. But it's a definite fact you can't get over the bridge!"
