When you jump from object to object without touching the ground, and/or "Lava". Kinda like what you played as a kid...but cooler. It can be spelled Parqour or Parkour. This is not reccomended for the uncoordinated.

It is being creative and truly adapting to the environment and the ability to see unique and efficient movement opportunities in the environment. In a sense it can become Parkour ADD.
As the traceur walked through the city he could not ignore his Parkour Vision, as it was too over powering to disregard.
