An angry, invidious, regressive, hate-driven person who thrives on conflict and abhors anything intelligent, enlightening, factual, logical, rational, fair, balanced, liberal, progressive and non-passion-based.

A person who is driven by their passion-based beliefs and who hates sound intelligent reasoning.

i.e.,

Joe discovered that he could effortlessly rile a "neoconanderthal" by merely pointing out several, key, intelligent facts that proved to all that Sarah Palin was simply just not knowledgeable enough to ever be deemed a serious candidate in any future Presidential election.

A portmanteau of the term neocon (short for neoconservative) and the common Jewish last name Cohen. Often used as a pejorative by the far-right to refer to prominent Jewish neoconservatives while highlighting the major role that Jewish Americans played in developing and popularizing neoconservative thought. It is often used to criticize the perceived "anti-white" or "Israel first, America second" policies of neocons.

"Bill Kristol is such a fucking neocohen. He'll support Israel and their treatment of Palestinians 100% while siding with libtards who autistically screeching about how wypipo should be exterminated.

Neocortex Smile

When the brain tells the mouth to arrange itself in smile position but forgets to tell the rest of the face (eyes, temples etc.) to do the same. Sometimes revealing the lower teeth, it is often menacing and always insincere.

When her ex-boyfriend unexpectedly showed up at the party, she put on a brave, neocortex smile but her eyes revealed her inner distress.

"Have a nice day" the receptionist said for the 30th time that day through her plastic, neocortex smile.

Newcomb College

Oldest degree granting women's college in the country. Part of Tulane University of New Orleans, Louisiana. Tulane Uiversity used Hurricane Katrina as an excuss to close this 119 year old institution, inventing monetary excuses to combine Newcomb College and the men's college Tulane College.

Newcomb College is known for their destinctive pottery style.
