The most popular meme/quote from the fifth part of Jojo's bizzare adventure:Golden Wind.It refers to the protagonist's(Giorno) dream to become a gang-star and become/defeat the boss of Passione.This is used to inspire others in the main cast,it has also replaced the "Kono Dio da" meme from part 1.
It can be used when you desire something but in a jokin fashion.
