A term coined to describe people who come from the village of Longwick in Buckinghamshire, England. These people are often regarded as "socially awkward" and have little or no intelligence. Otherwise known as pusswans, jebwans are unable to converse in their native language of English and can only produce bull shit.

Person 1: Did you see that strange man walking down the street earlier?
