The act of sticking a toothpick in your p-hole and running up against a wall jamming the toothpick into your p-hole.

Had a killer Grulching session last night. It was incredibly painful.

Can also be used to describe someone who is extremely hypocritical such that their opinions seem to "gauche" themselves.

Verb: To Gulch -
