Felix Steiner 

A one time German SS Obergruppenführer (Basically a Lieutenant General or Major General) during the 2nd World War.
Became known for his role during the "Battle of Berlin" for refusing to obey Hitler's order to launch a suicidal charge against a much larger Soviet Force. When Hitler learned of this, suffered a complete nervous breakdown

Thanks to the 2004 film "Downfall" (Der Untergang)
his name has become a meme

Pejorative reference to Eagle Rock, California (a suburb of Los Angeles formerly known for its largely lower-middle-class Latino population). Derivation unknown, although perhaps related to Yosemite Drive, a major thoroughfare bisecting the area.

I was lucky to get out alive when my car broke down in the middle of Stinky Felix National Park.
