Refers to a person (usually male) who is such big a douche bag that they can be considered a Douche Aficionado.

A huge crowd of fratboys, tourists, and other people that you don't want to be around that invade a cool place and ruin it for everyone else.

The bar was cool until a douchenado from Jersey showed up around midnight. We had to leave.
