Covesworth

Somebody who is overly strict and self-righteous regarding COVID-19 measures, to the extent that it is lacking in common sense. Analogous to a jobsworth.
Karen was arguing that we should enforce a 6 month national lockdown because of a handful of covid cases. She wears masks outdoors, even when no-one is around, and gives people scathing looks if they sneeze. She is an absolute covesworth.
