Complex post-traumatic stress disorder (complex PTSD, sometimes abbreviated to c-PTSD or CPTSD) is a condition where you experience some symptoms of PTSD along with some additional symptoms, such as: difficulty controlling your emotions. feeling very angry or distrustful towards the world. But this is more complicated than CPTSD.

It's subreddit/meme subreddit namesake (as well as the likes of r/raisedbynarcissists & r/boomersbeingfools) groom/indoctrinate you to the worst shit possible
Also closely linked to the cult of 'mental health/illness diagnosis' and certain toxic strains of "woke" politics

CTSD 

Acronym: "Calm the shit down." Derivative of CTFD ("calm the fuck down") but used to denote the contextually strong significance of the issue about which the audience should be calm.

November 2016 Election-specific examples:
1) "Hi Republicants! You won, everyone gets it. Stop the gloating and general dickery, and CTSD for fuck sake."
2) "Hey Democraps: If you want to keep whining for the next four years please do it quietly in your safe space, and CTSD 'cuz the rest of us are sick of it."
