Abbreviation for College Robot. A college robot displays the following characteristics:

1) Commits all of his/her time to school, studying, home work, volunteering, and extra curricular activities.
2) Holds an excess amount of board positions, and tries to get involved in everything possible that will look impressive to colleges.
3) Has a 4.8 GPA and has never gotten a B.
4) Will probably get to Harvard or any other ivy league, but always tells people that he/she won't.
5) Tends to have all nighters every day. C-Bots tend to become nocturnal like an owl.
Adrian is such a c-bot, he never gets any sleeps, and sleeps during the day time. He also holds 7 board positions and has a high GPA.

That guy is such a c-bot, he always says he won't get into Harvard, but he obviously will.

c-bot 2.0

C-bot 2.0s are basically similar to normal c-bots. However, they tend to be more cocky and confident. They commit even more time to homework, studying, and extra curriculars than normal c-bots. C-bot 2.0s are basically a way more hardcore version of c-bots. They believe they own normal c-bots and are superior. Unlike c-bots, they never sleep at all, hold 10 board positions including more than 3 president positions, have a 5.0 GPA (everyone knows that a c-bot 2.0 will never get a B in his/her life), and openly brag that they will get into prestigious colleges, especially Harvard. C-bot 2.0s also tend to brag about being in National Honors Society (NHS) and usually wave their NHS recommendation letters around. In extreme cases, they also have slapped other people with their NHS letters while repeatedly repeating the word NHS.
Bryan is such a c-bot 2.0, I saw him waving his NHS recommendation letter around and slapping people with it, while saying "NHS, NHS, NHS," over and over again.

Adrian is a c-bot 2.0, he keeps saying he's going to get into Harvard.

Wow, Adrian and Bryan are the biggest c-bot 2.0s. They think they are too good for everything because they are in NHS.

An Acronym for Cutlass Beat Off Taillight Syndrome. Virtually all 1973-1977 Oldsmobile Cutlasses had a badly designed connector for the left taillight bulb, and on virtually all of the cars within a few months of manufacture the left taillight bulb would quit working. A little elbow grease and bending with a needle nose pliers could get it shining again. I doubt if the manufacturer (GM) ever knew about it, or if they did, they did nothing about it.

Lori's 1973 Cutlass had a case of CBOTS, my 1977 Cutlass had CBOTS, in the 1970s I saw many cases of CBOTS every day.

murderhobo

In a tabletop game, a murderhobo is a player who murders NPCs indiscriminately. This is normally derogatory, referring to a player who totally ignores quests, dialog, backstory, trade, world building etc.

The term is most common with Dungeons and Dragons, but it can be applied to most RPGs where the player is allowed to kill most quest-giving NPCs and NPC traders. E.g. Elder Scrolls, Fallout, Divinity original sin.
DM: The sad little orphan girl tugs at Steve's trenchcoat to get his attention, and ask for help saving her pet dog from...
Steve: I'd like to roll a strength check against strangling the orphan.
Dave: I call dibs on the dog.
DM: You murderhobos disgust me.

In sales terms, a whale is a prospect that is significantly larger than an organization’s average customer.

Whales are large and extremely difficult to close. Due to their immense size, they are highly sought-after.

A whale is typically identified at first by a whale hunter on the sales team, but often requires cross-discipline participation in order to close; this includes assistance from operations, engineering, creative, client success, and business development teams.
"Shit...the sales director chewed me out on the sales call this morning. He's totally pissed that I have nothing in my pipeline. I've been focused on this one whale for so long that I haven't had time to prospect for normal-sized deals."

God Shot

A chance happening with profound meaning, an unexpected blessing, a "sign".
Dr. Drew on Celebrity Rehab said "All of a sudden what had been just another Hollywood proposal became for him an unexpected blessing, an opportunity for growth. In drug recovery language, that's called a "God shot."

city chicken

A food native to Pittsburgh/Western Pennsylvania in which cubes of pork and/or veal are put on a short, wooden skewer, breaded, then baked and/or fried.

I've heard that city chicken originated during the Great Depression, when folks didn't have enough money to buy full cuts of meat, so they assembled meat scraps on a wooden skewer, creating a make-shift drumstick. Hence the name.
