Commonly known as a 'Boggy' (a roll up cigarette) on a more miniscule scale. Boglets primarly consists of two ingrediants that are essential to the construction of a boglet. Traditionaly to make one you need first a rolling paper, for the ideal boglet roll half the size of a 'boggy'. boglets are ideal for conserving resources and cutting down on nicotine.
