bubblegum, Soap, Bubbles and so on. Often has the
properties of the material they are made from.
As the most common kind of Balloonies are made from rubber, specifically latex, the character is
essentially an animate (living) Balloon and will often have a knot or valve/nozzle. As such most Balloonies can inflate themselves.
