Balligan

A small rural hamlet located in the Ards Peninsula, Northern Ireland.

It has been fighting for its independence as a country for 4 years and has encountered stiff resistance from the local council in doing so, mainly because of the Balligan politians Fascist sympathys.

Its population is approximately 20 with its main religion being Ancient Norse.

The main and only political party is Robocracy and is controlled under a strict police state.

Billigan

A do-over shot in golf, synonymous with "mulligan," invented and perfected by former US President Bill Clinton. Clinton, who professed to play by the rules of golf repeatedly as president, routinely takes as many as 100 extra shots per 18 holes of golf, according to the bestselling book, "First Off the Tee," by Don Van Natta Jr. The way Mr. Clinton does it is this: He tees off twice, or even three times, off a tee, then gets out to the fairway and asks his playing partners which ball was his first shot. This is the shot he is supposed to play. Inevitably, his playing partners point to the ball closest to the flag, and often that is Mr. Clinton's second or third tee shot. A billigan is a do-over golf shot awarded by complicit fellow golfers who act as co-conspirators in the act of cheating.

Mr. Clinton was in an especially frisky mood the day he played at Pebble Beach, treating himself to 100 Billigans but carding an impressive 79.

BallsGang

A loosely affiliated, online group of predominantly left-wing activists, journalists, researchers, and pranksters determined to expose the deliberate misinformation and online abuse of washed-up video game designer and conspiracy theorist Jim Stewartson. BallsGang as a name began as an irreverent inside joke that was then taken seriously by followers and defenders of Stewartson. BallsGang frequently uses the hashtag #BallsGang, as well as the color pink, to draw attention to its work exposing Stewartson's lies and misinformation and the frequently sexist, racist, violent response from Stewartson and his flock of cultish devotees.

For the record, I'm not a full patch #BallsGang. Still in the "hang around" stage hoping for "prospect" status someday maybe.
