A large ball of tree pollen that blows in the wind. Tumblewads of 12 inches in diameter are not uncommon in the spring, particularly when attempting to sweep the driveway.

A rolling ball of cock. Used as an insult. When someone is beyond just a cock, they are so much cock that it can't stay in one place.

To use the word and the idea best, you need to just yell the word into the face of the tumblecock.

Tumbletard 

One who says things that are retarded on Tumblr. Usually in reference to the LGBTQ community. They are known for calling people misogynistic, racist, sexist, and other such discriminatory adjectives.

I went on Tumblr and said I'm new here. I said I'm a white Christian straight male, and i received hundreds of hate comments calling me a rapist, sexist, racist, misogynistic bigot. The commenters were all tumbletards.
