A lesser-known technical term for a severely mentally disabled person.
IE; moron, imbicile, idiot

Also slang for exceptionally runny & smelly feces.

"That poor little shimric from down the street rode by in his mother's car and he had finger-painted the window with his own shit. The worst part he was licking it, too."
