Comes from an uneducated tourists feeble, but well intentioned attempt, at raising a glass and toasting a drink with the Irish Gaelic term, ‘slàinte mhath’, meaning ‘Good health’.
First used in the Westenra Hotel in Monaghan , Monaghan Country, Ireland in 2017 by the Burnett Family, ‘Schlangnah’ has now become a socially accepted term when raising a glass with Irish mates in both Australia and New Zealand.

You then slide down a mountain, preferably a rough and rocky one, and see who can go the farthest. Usually, this sport involves three people, and the winner is typically decided by whose corpses are in the best condition and who went the farthest.
