Ista-Pusta-Octopus Rule

If you bring it up, you have to say it.

When someone brings something up, but they don’t say what it is, then you may utilize the Ista-Pusta-Octopus Rule, in order for them to say it. Both parties must be agreed on to be part of The Rule.
However, if someone part of The Rule refuses to comply when invoked, than for 3 times they cannot be allowed to use the Ista-Pusta-Octopus Rule.

(Which means, they can’t use The Rule again until 3 times someone brings something up but doesn’t fully say it.)

One should always be honest with themselves and with those who abide to The Rule.

This Rule was created by Ms. Dilara in 2013 or 2014, and is used by many individuals.

Person 1: “Omg, I have to tell you what she said! Oh… wait I won’t actually.”

Person 2: “Hey, Ista-Pusta-Octopus Rule, you brought it up so you have to say it.”

Person 1: Oh darn! Okay so, she said…”

Pasta Tolerance Treshold

Indicates for how many successive days you can live on pasta (plain or with something) without turning grumpy. Especially important when you are a poor student. If you are beyond your pasta tolerance treshold (PTT) you might want to switch to rice, polenta, potatoes etc. for a few days until you reach, for example, your rice tolerance treshold (RTT).

"Ey dude, pasta for dinner tonight?"
"No man, I'm really beyond my Pasta Tolerance Treshold. I'm going for rice instead."
"Alright, I see what you mean. Your PTT is not to be messed with!"

A term related to blackface, meaning to impersonate the racial qualities of an Italian or Italian-American. Typically used by annoying young people of Italian descent on the internet who exaggerate the racial inequality of Italian people.

Some guy: "I cooka da meatball."
Kid who is 2% Italian: "Fuck you. How dare you do this pastafaced bullshit. Italian Americans are the most persecuted group in the country. You fucking piece of...."
