A psycho on a bicycle.
The kind of cyclist that:
Races through red lights, screaming like a spartan when anyone dares to walk across the road in front of them.
Suddenly weaves in between moving cars without indicating.
Rides on the pavement and gets angry if pedestrians don't move for them.
Speeds up as soon as they see a pedestrian crossing.
Has a death wish.

The ability of a person (most commonly a male) to enter a state of sexual arousal and/or sexual climax (i.e. ejaculation) simply by imagining a sexual situation that would normally induce said sexual reaction; when experienced during sleep, also referred to as a nocturnal emission or "wet dream".
