poppin' bubbles
making shit up, saying crap, talking bullshit. like when you pop bubble wrap, its just noise that pisses everyone off except the person poppin' the bubbles
1) Damn, that girl makes up so much crap -- if her lips are moving, she poppin' bubbles.
2) Got in trouble at work today cuz my lying-ass boss wuz poppin' bubbles about my battitude.
3) Damn, she so ratchet -- she need to ditch that nasty weave, stop poppin' bubbles about why she cant find a job & just move her fat ass off the couch.
4) Dude, he actually said that bubble wrap was a legit musical instrument -- the dumbass was poppin' bubbles about poppin' bubbles.

Pooping Tom
The act of sneaking into someone else's room, dropping a payload in their toilet, not flushing, and then leaving a note signed 'Pooping Tom' on the toilet seat. Usually occurs in college residence halls.
"Dude, someone left a big, steaming pile of feces in my toilet with a note that said 'Courtesy of the Pooping Tom'!"

An absolutely amazing person, very pretty and deserves the world. Usually linguistically talented and has a habit of travelling around and not staying in one place for too long. She always speaks her opinion and when she sets her mind on something, there is nothing holding her back. WATCH OUT she is probably one of the most beautiful people you have ever seen and can steal your heart in a second, with her love for friends, family, animals and all living beings she is a real joy to be around.

Ratfucker
Brought to public attention by Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein in the book on the fall of Richard Nixon, All The President’s Men, ratfucker was Nixon’s term for a political operative who sows chaos among opponents; an agent provocateur. It is thought to have originated among campus political rivalries at USC, and seems to have some usage in the US military.
Along with Nixon’s other ratfuckers, Roger Stone caused fights at otherwise peaceful Democratic Party protests to generate a false narrative that the Democrats were violent and dangerous.

Term used to describe someone who is a mix of both rural (country) and urban (metropolitan) lifestyles/upbringings. He/she is typically equally comfortable in both settings and is able to seamlessly slip back and forth between the two, appreciating the characteristics of each.
