Nontextbal (adj.)

Relating to the inability or difficulty in expressing oneself through writing, typing, or texting, despite being able to communicate verbally. Similar in concept to "nonverbal," but specifically refers to challenges with written or digital text communication.
After a stressful day, she felt completely nontextbal and couldn’t bring herself to reply to any messages, even though she could talk on the phone just fine.
