When some cocksucker takes over a company and completely fucks up a company's culture. Also can mean an investment gone shitty.

Example 1:
Friend: "Man so you still working at that company?"
Me: "No I quit, the company turned into a total fucktrade."

Example 2:
Friend: "So how is your investment doing?"
Me: "I don't want to talk about it, it was a fucktrade."

Many song and movie remakes are critically acclaimed, while those who think contrary claim remakes are fucktarded.

You'd be surprised how many fucktarded by-laws there are in your province/city/district which were passed long ago when they were relavent to ongoing issues.
