Fort Collins

A place located literally next to the middle of no where. High rents, low wages are common here. Three kinds of people live here. The first two are either your snot nosed hipsters or general retirees. The last are just complete fuckheads.

Steve: “Hey John i’m thinking of going to Fort Collins for the hipster coffee, is it worth it?”

John: “No way don’t go there, you’ll probably get raped by the locals.”

Cocktrade

Any place where the turnover of mostly male employees is so high it becomes known as a Cocktrade.

Example:

Joe: "So you still working for that company?"
Dave: "No it turned into a Cocktrade."

Fucktrade

When some cocksucker takes over a company and completely fucks up a company's culture. Also can mean an investment gone shitty.

Example 1:
Friend: "Man so you still working at that company?"
Me: "No I quit, the company turned into a total fucktrade."

Example 2:
Friend: "So how is your investment doing?"
Me: "I don't want to talk about it, it was a fucktrade."
