Someone who follows folks based the strength of avatars alone.

He liked her avatar and had seen it on some of his mates pages, but the fauxllower didn't realize she was a bot and was more concerned about his credit card than his conversation.

Gen Xer who remembers Y2K, rotary phones, floppy disks and the end of the Cold War, but is addicted to their smartphone, prefers to work remotely, keeps up on pop culture, advocates for equality, appreciates diversity and tells people "I'm actually a millennial." See also xennial.
