Side note: Chotchkie can be pretty, sentimental, or even occasionally useful though it usually breaks easily if useful. If you are having trouble identifying Chotchkie just look around your house or someone else's and whatever you see that a burgler wouldn't steal is probably Chotchkie.
Fake fruit, a ceramic frog containing candy, pretty much anything purchased at a dollar store, costume jewelry, etc. Referenced by Phoebie on the TV show friends.

Meg loved her cow figurine collection, but Dave thought it was useless Chotchkie.

She had hand-painted bottles, bowls full of glass beads, snowdomes, and other chochkees on the shelves and end tables.

Chotchkie's 

Term used for a generic chain restaurant staffed by twenty-somethings in goofy uniforms. Decor of restaurant should include various stock photos, signs and knick knacks in order to establish a "fun" atmosphere. Derived from the film Office Space. Examples include Applebee's, Chili's, Bennigan's.
John: I'm so sick of those goddamned greasy McDonald's hamburgers.

Common Scottish phrase for small stones usually of an ideal size to throw. Commonly used to describe the stones used in drive ways and gardens.
If you want a low maintenance garden then put some chuckies down.
