Chilman means educator. He is a country boy at heart who never out grows his toys. The ladies will have a hard time tying this guy down because he is always on the prowl for the next deal on a tractor.

Further world recognition of the phrase came after the rescue of 33 copper miners, that same year, who spent 69 days trapped over 2,300 ft (700 mts) underground, with no casualties whatsoever.
