Bogay 

A gay bogan, a cross between a bogan and a gay person. Usually seen wearing a wifebeater or some other overtly patriotic clothing (e.g. with national symbols or flag printed on it) combined with short shorts and thongs.

Often used to describe the confusing intersection of two incompatible characteristics, the rough unsophistication of a yobbo with the camp features of a homosexual.

Can be characteristics other than style of dress, e.g. love of country music and pop music. Which is obviously confusing because one is about dogs and utes and sheep and dust, and the other is about teenage angst.

Can be used as a: (1) noun, (2) verb or (3) adjective.

1. You are such a bogay.
2. We can totally bogay-out to Pink next summer!
3. You totally look like a bogay in that outfit.

bossyhole 

A word originated by BKvalues, a Brooklyn-based lifestyle brand. Since its inception, the word has become favored by many, who use it as a way to describe a part of themselves beyond the physical realm. It is not a literal "hole," but rather a space within the mind, and could be imagined to be as deep and functional as a water well "hole" in the ground. One may ask why "bossy" is used to describe this state of consciousness that is the "hole;" BKvalues has an answer to that. BKvalues encourages its subscribers to be "bossy," but not in a negative sense; to be "bossy" is to take ownership of every aspect of one's life. So, when one lives the "bossyhole" lifestyle, they are standing up for themselves and fighting for what they deserve. When one acknowledges and listens to their "bossyhole," they are giving themself the greatest gift.

My coworker took all of the credit for the project we worked on together. I checked in with my bossyhole and realized that this was not fair. I told my boss later on that I worked on the project as well. I don't know what I would do without having such a great relationship with my bossyhole. bossywork

Bossywork is busywork specifically designed to make your boss look less ignorant about his job. It consists of producing pages of documentation to explain the obvious or prove negatives (the product didn't change, so we don't need new education.) Much of bossywork consists of building slide decks from portions of other slide decks, since no manager can be expected to read more than one deck per day.

I have to get this bossywork done before the design committee meets since my boss is the committee chair. Hopefully, after that, I can get some real work done.

Borsy 

A mix of two words often encountered at work: busy but bored.

That feeling when you have so much work to do but have absolutely no inclination to attempt it due to brain melting boredom.

Oh my god! I'm so borsy! The boss wants these reports by lunchtime but I'd rather be outside on a day like today.
