The act to cuckolding yourself, usually inadvertently but sometimes deliberately. Being a beta to another alpha male's woman. Example: when a man enters a romantic relationship with a woman with children from another man. The man provides provisions and emotional support for another man's children and woman.

Not to be confused with charity. Non-romantic support of a single mother (such as community support, social services) is not autocuckolding, it's charity.
