Name common in Hispanic or Arabic countries. Originates from Arab. It is a "beautiful flower". Some names that are similar are, Arasely(i) and Sarai(y). For the most part Arasay is a very unique name and its a girl name.

A term currently used to denote sarcasm and invalidates the associated sentence, premise or conclusion. It is also commonly used to demonstrate very low expectations in a certain person.
