Another name for the popular chain restaurant, Applebee’s, in reference to the hit song WAP (Wet Ass Pussy). Also used to exclaim that you had a particularly good dining experience at Applebee’s.

The Applebee's Rule 

A rule usually made among a close group of high school or college friends stating that the first person in the group to lose their virginity gets a free dinner at Applebee's paid for by the other members. The rule can sometimes be extended to include all members with the last one usually getting a steak dinner marking a celebration of entering adulthood.

A person who, like the restaurant, is average at everything and good at nothing.

Spending time with the person will never be memorable, just like spending time at Applebee's, unless you get a disease from them, as is commonplace from eating Applebee's food.
