A women who has undergone surgery to become a man. A vesticle is the new man's surgical testicle. (may or may not be usable)

"Hey, I have to tell you ahead of time, my vesticle isn't producing."
"Whats a vesticle?"
"...you'll see."
"Shouldn't you buy a condom?"
"...not necessary..."
