However they officially become a transpedo when they subject the child to irreversible life altering changes to which a young child can’t consent. This includes heinous actions such as giving the child puberty blocking drugs or even worse having the child undergo surgical operations.

The only rare exception is if the child was born a hermaphrodite (possessing both male and female sex organs). In these very rare scenarios a parent might decide which gender would be best for the child depending on the kid’s behavior and then take appropriate actions to confirm that gender.
