Derived from snotty and flatulance. It's a lot of snot. Thus: snot - ulance.

When you hold one nostril of your nose and blow vigorously out of the other nostril, causing a snot rocket to fly out.

They showed me their ugly baby, so I decided to snotulate all over its face.
