A recruitment term, often used by Recruitment Consultants and Headhunters to describe a top-level candidate.

Originating in Japan from the word 'Shi-ta-do', (Done!) where Japanese headhunters would return late to the office from a meeting with a strong candidate.

Shitado would imply that the work was done as the candidate was so good.

As foreign recruitment companies entered Japan in the early 2000s, foreign employees took on the word Shitado before they evolved it into Schtud (to them, an alternative pronunciaton of the word 'Stud').
That candidate was an absolute Schtud.

38 years old.
10 years Sales experience.
