1. One who masturbates in public.

2. One who masturbates in his house while others are around, but not looking.

3. One who masturbates next to somebody who is sleeping.

Jim: Guess what happened while I was at John's house last night.

Mitch: What?

Jim: John thought I was asleep, so he masturbated right next to me.

Mitch: Whoa! I didn't know John was a publasturbator.
