In America, we have TV shows like "19 Kids and Counting" that essentially accomplish the same thing.

It's so weird that the Chinese named it the "one-child policy". They should have named it "The no-sibling-rivalry" policy.
It sounds so much better.

bigger dick foreign policy theory 

First proposed by George Carlin following the initiation of the Persian Gulf War in 1991; the bigger dick foreign policy theory theorizes the justification of war (or conflict in general) being based solely on the size of the aggressor's penis in comparison to the penis size of the defender. Generally, the aggressor possesses a smaller penis in comparison to the defender, and so feels compelled to attack/invade/conquer the defender in order to feel better and prove to others that he is the superior of the two, despite his smaller penis size.

When used to explain war justification, it also explains the visual similarity between rockets, bombs, and bullets, and features they share with phallic imagery, as "the need to project the penis into other peoples' affairs", and is thought to be the origin of the phrase "fucking with people".

The bigger dick foreign policy theory is usually born out of, and is very often related to, dick fear.

Scorched Earth Policy 

When you go to war with someone and decide that you do anything to win even if that means destroying your own resources so that they can't use them. It refers to the a strategy whereby a defensive retreating military will destroy the resources (food supply, bridges, water, power sources) to assure that the advancing opposing military cannot use them.

policy debate 

An obscure cult with its own distinct language understood only by members. The members speak incredibly quickly and think even faster. They tend to also be motivated students and often exhibit a mild form of OCD.

Such debaters engage in conversation with each other on a much higher level than the average human, both in and out of round. The student government and honor roll within a school typically consist mostly of debaters. 80% of congress debated in high school.

Membership in the cult lasts from 9th grade through 12th grade and sometimes through college, but the mannerisms and knowledge gained from it manifest themselves in all aspects of the current or former debater's life for the better.

I spent all last weekend hitting people, cutting and spewing. We broke and all the judges picked me up, but this one lay judge dropped me. I also got top speaks. Now I'm going to do uniqueness updates for my disad, then cut some a2 perm cards on the counterplan and come up with a kritikal aff so I can win framework.
