Peiye is a small asian kid who never grows and gambles all his money on the world cup. When a Peiye is too monged he will cry for help untill he falls asleep.

Peye 

In Colombia, something very very bad or sucks or crappy. The opposite of bacano. It came into use in late '90s for the young people.

-"Parce, que peye de carro." (-"Dude, that car sucks.")
